Phu Tai JSC was officially established in 2004 and has built extensive experience in stone and wood processing and manufacturing over the past two decades. In 2025, the company constructed and brought online its first wood pellet production plant in Gia Lai Province, initially focused on supplying the domestic market. In July 2026, Phu Tai expanded its wood pellet production network with a second plant, bringing combined annual capacity to 210,000 metric tons and positioning the division to serve international markets.
Learn MorePhu Tai's entry into biomass energy is not a standalone venture — it draws directly on resources, infrastructure, and expertise already established across the company's stone and wood divisions.
Phu Tai manages approximately 8,700 hectares of forest, of which 4,200 hectares are already FSC certified. The remaining area is currently undergoing FSC assessment, expanding our certified raw material base over time.
Raw material is sourced directly from wood residue generated at four of Phu Tai's own indoor and outdoor furniture manufacturing plants — securing a stable, traceable input supply without dependence on third-party suppliers.
As part of a multi-industry group with decades of experience manufacturing and exporting stone and wood products, Phu Tai brings proven production discipline, quality control systems, and international trade experience into its biomass energy operations.
Production facilities in Gia Lai Province are positioned close to raw material sources and within efficient reach of Qui Nhon Port, supporting reliable logistics for international shipments.
Phu Tai is following a clear, phased expansion plan for its wood pellet production network — scaling capacity in step with growing international demand, rather than a one-time investment.
Our wood pellet production holds FSC Chain of Custody certification, ensuring traceable, responsibly sourced raw materials. We are currently undergoing SBP (Sustainable Biomass Program) assessment, expected to complete in September 2026 - reinforcing our commitment to internationally recognized sustainability standards.
